Cancellation Policy Events Carnival
Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided in any case. Due to the high number of requests for the Event, we are forced to establish strict cancellation policies, which do not provide any refund.
In case of our cancellation of the Event, your reservation will be automatically renewed for the following year’s edition. Any other reason for cancellation (inability to travel in the country/area of origin) cannot be recognized. We therefore recommend the issuance of private insurance to the customer.
CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE NOT ALLOWED
Costume Rental Cancellation Policy
Every Costume booking is finalized at the moment of payment.
Following our internal organization every costume is quickly adjusted on the size that customers send to us.
For this reason if customers cancel the rental up to 30 days from the booked Rental Date the refund it’s equal to 50% of Rental Rate.
Less than 30 days dosen’t give right to any refund.
If customers do not attend at the Fitting Test, without notice, we consider cancelled the Rental.
Cancellation policy for all our services (Mask Workshop, Photoshoot, V.I.P Marriage proposal in Gondola)
In case of Cancellation until 24h before the day of the appointment, no refund.
In case of Cancellation until 48h before the day of the appointment, total refund.
DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
We ship worldwide with DHL
EXCEPTIONS: We are unable to send you our masks at a military base or to APO addresses all over the world In Russia you can ship only to companies and not to individuals, but there are still some limitations for further information please contact us.
SHIPPING COST Costs are calculated based on destination, weight, size of the package and the type of service you choose. Precise estimates will be possible once the order is confirmed.
TIME AND EXECUTION ORDER: After receiving payment via pay pal or bank transfer will process your order within a short time. If the product is in stock, we can dispatch the item after 12 days from the date of payment, if the item was not available but is in the process of production we could process your order within 46 days from the date of payment.
How quickly will I receive my order if you are outside ITALY?
Economy service: 23 days (Europe) 7/10 days (USA and rest of world) Priority Service: 1/2 day (Europe) 3/5 days (USA and rest of world) How quickly will I receive my order if I am in Italy? Standard service: 1/3 days (excluding islands and remote areas 2/4 days)
TRACKING
To enable you to easily track the status of orders, once it has started shipping the national’ll send you an email with the code “tracking number” with which you can track your order at any time on the courier’s website. With regard to the monitoring of orders with international shipping will be worth an email sent by FedEx or DHL automatically created with all the information to check the status of your order’s shipment.

RETURN POLICY
By now most of the purchases are made via the Internet Every day we receive many emails, messages on face book and positive feedbacks from all our customers both, old and new, which many claim to be satisfied and happy of purchases made through our ecommerce platform.
Many buyers want to emphasize that the photos do not do justice to the beauty and uniqueness of our products beautifully designed and decorated by hand, as the artisan tradition wants. As you know it is really very difficult to judge a product by only a few pictures, on the other hand we try to make the picture as faithful as possible to the original article, in this way people can have an idea of what they are going to buy . It is really difficult for some of our customers to return the merchandise they bought, but sometimes could happen. Below you will find our return policy for different situations:
If we have dispatched the wrong item, ie (model, color and quantity) you must contact us as soon as possible by sending email or photos of the items was wrong. After our careful inspection and acceptance of our honest mistake we will replace the item as soon as possible.
You can submit the wrong items no later than 7 days after delivery by the courier GLS (for Italy) and FedEx (Foreign). Of course the shipping cost will be charged to us.
if the item has a defect contact us immediately and send us a photo proving actual defect mask. After our audit and evaluation of the defect, we will provide exchange. The picture received must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt of this. The shipping costs will be charge on us. If the package containing your purchase has been damaged during transport and delivery by our couriers such as FedEx , DHL and GLS, please accept the parcel with reserves.If the parcel is damaged please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email with attached documentation (photos of the damaged package and damaged goods. We will get in touch with FedEx ,DHL or GLS and open with them a practice for the return of the goods and we will provide all the necessary instructions by email. If after seeing the goods, you do not like the chosen item, please contact us immediately. have 4.the ability to change selected item with other items with the same price or higher. You must return the form previously chosen within 5 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The cost of entry for imports of goods and shipment of new goods will be borne by you.

Can the masks be easely worn?
All our maskes can be worn because a paper marché base is done on molds taken on real faces. More than this all decorations ( Fabrics, colors, feathers, crystals ecc…) are off super high quality so you can wear all the mask in a totally safe way.
Masks are exactly the same as in the photos?
Masks ad costume siable in the web site are unique pieces so is never possible to have two of the kind. We firmly want that every costomer has an exclusive pieces because and made must be UNIQUE. If one product is no more avaiable, we will provide to realize something similar but never the same.
